FC Heidenheim wehrte sich eine Anh\u00e4ngerin des VfL Osnabr\u00fcck erfolgreich gegen ein gegen sie, im Jahr 2014, verh\u00e4ngtes Stadionverbot.<\/p>\n<p>Obwohl das dem Stadionverbot zugrunde liegende Ermittlungsverfahren im Jahre 2015 eingestellt wurde, weigerte sich der 1. FC Heidenheim das Stadionverbot aufzuheben und schob nun andere Gr\u00fcnde vor.<\/p>\n<p>Das Amtsgericht Osnabr\u00fcck stellte nun fest, dass dieses Nachschieben von Gr\u00fcnden nicht rechtm\u00e4\u00dfig sei und das Stadionverbot umgehend aufgehoben werden muss.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/fanrechtefonds.de\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/08\/2016.02.25.AG_.Osnabrueck.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">AG Osnabr\u00fcck, Urteil vom 25.02.2016, Az. 13 C 3472\/15 (10)<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In einem Verfahren gegen den 1.
